The indoor pool had visible dirt in the corners, raising concerns about cleanliness. there's a lack of organization in the spa zone, with noisy guests disrupting the intended relaxing atmosphere. the all-inclusive claim falls short, with limitations on coffee and drink options, and several guests found the food quality inconsistent, including cold dishes. The hotel also faces challenges with room temperature control, as many had preset systems that led to discomfort.

This place was just an excellent fit for a passing visit in Banya with best value. The outdoor mineral pool was lovely for relaxing after a long day. Make sure to ask for a room away from the older section to avoid any odors.

The Executive Double Room was pretty spacious, and the modern decor felt fresh. I loved the amazing views of the surrounding mountains from my balcony! Bed was super comfy, perfect for relaxing after spa days. I did notice some dust on surfaces which was a bit of a bummer, but not a huge deal. a great stay!

The hotel had a trendy, modern design that was very appealing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The spa area was a true highlight, with a great variety of saunas and relaxation spaces. A lovely outdoor mineral pool for enjoying views of the surrounding mountains.
We experienced some noise coming from other guests in the lobby, which could be a bit distracting at times.
